人事社会保障部（局）、財政部（局）、商務部（局）、国有資産監督管理委員会、青少年団委員会、全省、自治区、中央直轄市、新疆生産建設兵団の工商連合会：

Starting from the first quarter of 2019, local human resources and social security departments will fill in the "Three-Year Million Youth Internship Program Work Summary Form" every quarter (see attachment 2), report it to the National Talent Mobility Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security within the first 5 working days of the next quarter, and submit a report on the implementation of the internship program for that year at the end of each year
